I realized I haven't posted in a while so here we go with another entry in life.

Last Friday (or was it Saturday) I can't remember was Niki's birthday *HUZZAH!* and we had loads of fun getting drunk and playing the awesome drinking game circle of death. The theme was Alice in Wonderland, and Niki made an awesome Alice too. I decide not to dress up so I went more or less as myself, ok I was alternate Alice from Not-so-Wonderland. My stand out item for the night were my red tights with fishnets overtop, because it was a little cold out and everyone knows that fishnets are not the ideal way to keep your legs warm.

So I'll add some pics to my photo collection from the night and maybe write a longer entry later!

A rant about Capchas

I probably didn't spell it right.

So everyone by now should know what a capcha is right? Well for those of you living under a social networking rock let me explain.

A capcha (i swear im not spelling it right) is a bunch of twisted letters and numbers that appear in a box, you the dear person wishing to do something with said social networking site must type the letters and numbers as you see them in a box below, this is so the site knows you are a human and not a spamming robot. Some captchas are really funky like they spell words (like the one on fictionpress.net) Most however are merely random numbers and letters.

Now I don't know about you dear reader but I do know about me. I know that I find capchas really difficult to solve, actually they frustrate me. I swear that i type these numbers and letters accurately but just to test me sites (i.e. Myspace) will throw up another one and claim that I did not get the first one right WTF you're thing says "2 A 9 9 O P X" and I think i typed that as per your instructions with no capitals (these things aren't case sensitive you know) and with no spaces and I got it wrong, I can read and type you know. So I am stuck doing another one. Apparently I also coincedentaly got that wrong as well, so lets just make her do another one.

Do these sites not care that when i pop on to make a quick comment to a friend that i do not have the time to fuck around with capchas because unlike most people using Myspace I am 23 years old and have children I don't have the time really.

Of course we can thank our dear friends and arche enemies the robotic spammer! It is simply their fault we must re-type these wretched numbers in leter that are contorted and then have to do it another three times!!

Thats it for now. Shall rant some more later perhaps.

Just a quickie to say hi

A just a quick little entry to say Hi!

I'm going to do this now as opposed to later because my lovely sons haven't come to wake me yet (suprises! I am awake before them!) I should take the luxury of five minutes for a nice bath but really in all honesty it will take 3 minutes for the bath to fill up and 1 minute to get comfortable that leaves 1 minute of soaking, so it's really a waste of time. Come to think of it I might actually have that luxurious bath tonight, it's been a long time since I've done nothing but soak in the tub with scented candles and some nice bath oils.

Enough day dreaming I guess. Anyway my sons have just come running in. Aw I love you too sweeties :)
